A large-scale training session on collaboration of private security enterprises with the district police department will be held in late April in the Serpukhov district. The head of the Serpukhov division of internal affairs, Andrey Shebalin, and the head of the public security department of the Chief Division of Internal Affairs of the Moscow region, Viktor Krykhtin, have already approved the training event. The rising armed robbery rate calls for more effective coordination of the police and private security service activities and operative deployment of professionals to crime scenes. This is why the training session will involve special vehicles, boats, and helicopters operated by the police force and private security agencies.
