We use a radio channel (the principal communication channel) and a (backup) telephone. If an attempt to send a signal down a telephone line fails, a signal indicating the telephone line is inoperable will be sent via the radio channel. If a facility is connected by a telephone line only it will be impossible to control the status of the facility.

3. Groups of specially trained security officers can be operatively dispatched on emergency call within Moscow and immediate suburbs.

5. Freedom from the «human factor» (the security system will not fall asleep or slack; it cannot be bribed or «distracted by conversation»).
6. Information about the operation of the client’s security and/or fire alarm systems can be printed out and handed to the client in person.

You can choose to install a security system equipped with movement sensors which do not react to pets weighing up to 32–38 kilograms.

The user code can be changed or resubmitted by an authorized representative of the service organization.

It is recommended that all users obtain personal codes which will help to determine, if necessary, who turned the system on and off and when.
